How can we help?

From the first connection to the report you present to your client. If the answer isn't here, the team replies within one business day.

Getting started

Starting from scratch.

Connect one ad account, Meta or Google, either works. That alone already shows spend, clicks and leads in the dashboard. Linking to the sales side comes next, and that link is what turns a lead into attributed revenue.

The first historical load takes a few minutes and pulls in the prior periods the platform's API makes available. After that, updates run continuously through the day.

For media data, no. To follow the path to the sale, the lead has to arrive carrying its source. That is done by integrating with your form, WhatsApp or CRM, with no new script on the site.

Connections

Connecting the sources.

Through the platform's official authorization flow. The client approves your agency's access to the accounts they choose and can revoke it whenever they want, without going through us.

If it fires a webhook, it talks to owiew. You point the webhook at the address generated in the dashboard and map the fields once. See the catalog.

No. Everything already collected stays in your environment. On reconnecting, we fetch the gap that was left open, within the window the source platform makes available.

Attribution

Linking the sale to the ad.

Because they count different things. The platform counts the conversion it observed itself, inside its own window, crediting clicks and views. owiew counts the sale recorded in your sales process, credited to the source that generated that lead. A gap is expected, and that gap is the reason a second reading is worth having.

The lead keeps the source of first contact and the following touches stay on record. In the report you choose whether revenue is credited to the source that opened or the one that closed.

It counts toward total revenue but stays out of media ROAS: with no campaign source, it shows as "unattributed". Inflating ROAS with a sale media didn't bring would be the opposite of what this platform exists to do.

Reports

Taking it into the meeting.

Yes. Every dashboard indicator shows the change against the equivalent prior period, and the report lets you pick the comparison range manually.

Read-only access for the end client is in development and appears on the roadmap. Today the path is the exported report.

Account and billing

Plan, team and subscription.

Straight from the dashboard. The difference is prorated against what's left of the cycle, with no switching fee. See plans.

Nothing gets switched off by surprise. You get a notice in the dashboard and choose between disconnecting an account or moving up a plan.

Through our support channels, with no penalty on the monthly plan. Cancellation takes effect from the next cycle, and you can export the full history before it closes.

Troubleshooting

When something doesn't add up.

Most of the time the lead is arriving without a source: the form doesn't pass the parameters through, or the sale was entered manually in the CRM. The dashboard flags these as "unattributed" so you can find where the link breaks.

Current-day data is partial: platforms consolidate spend a few hours behind. Always compare closed periods.

Write to the team through the contact page describing the account and the metric in question. We reply within one business day.
