You authorize, you revoke, you take it with you.
owiew reads real clients' ad accounts and sales data. This page explains what we do with that information and what we don't.
Six commitments,
no fine print.
The connection to Meta and Google uses the platforms' own official flow. We never ask for and never store your password.
You cut off access whenever you want, through owiew or directly on the source platform. From that point, no new data comes in.
Each client in your portfolio lives in their own space. There is no query that crosses accounts.
You define who sees each account and each report. Someone who comes in to see one client doesn't see the others.
The history is exportable at any time. Staying here should be a choice, not a consequence.
It's recorded who connected, who exported and who changed permissions inside the environment.
What the platform reads and what it never touches.
We collect the minimum needed to calculate real revenue, CAC and ROAS. Nothing beyond that.
What owiew reads
- Campaigns, ads and spend
- Clicks, impressions and declared conversions
- Leads with their media source
- Funnel stages and closed sales
- Order value and refunds
What it doesn't do
- Doesn't change or pause your campaigns
- Doesn't publish anything on behalf of your account
- Doesn't sell or pass on your data
- Doesn't use your data to train third-party products
- Doesn't store any platform password
Read access. No writing.
Who controls what.
For your users' account data, owiew is the controller. For the campaign and sales-process data you connect, the controller is you, or the client who authorized the connection. We process that data to deliver the contracted indicators, and nothing else.
Read the full policy- Confirmation of processing and access
- Correction of incomplete or outdated data
- Portability of the history
- Deletion after the contract ends
- Withdrawal of consent

What people usually ask before connecting.
No. The integration is read-only. owiew doesn't create, pause or edit any campaign on the media platforms.
No. Each account lives in a separate environment and access is granted account by account. A person only sees what was released to them.
Collection stops immediately. The history already processed stays in your environment for consultation and export while the contract is active.
You have a window to export the history before the environment is permanently deleted, except for records the law requires us to keep.
Not yet. We'd rather say so plainly than display a badge we don't have. What exists today is described on this page and in the privacy policy.
Ask before you connect anything.
Answering this is part of the job, not an obstacle to the sale.
