Privacy policy
What owiew collects, what it uses it for and how you take back control at any time.

1. Who processes the data
owiew acts as controller of your users' account data and as processor of the campaign and sales-process data you connect to the platform. In that second case, the controller is you, or the client who authorized the connection.
2. What we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone, company and access credentials.
- Media data: campaigns, ad sets, ads, spend, impressions, clicks and conversions from the accounts you authorize.
- Sales data: leads, opportunities, funnel stages and sales sent through the integrations or by webhook.
- Usage data: access logs and actions in the platform, used for security and support.
We don't ask for and don't store media platform passwords: the connection is made through Meta's and Google's official authorization flows.
3. What we use it for
- Present the contracted indicators: spend, leads, sales, revenue, CAC and ROAS.
- Keep the history for comparison between periods.
- Provide support and answer requests.
- Meet legal and billing obligations.
We don't sell data and we don't use it to train third-party products.
4. Legal basis
Processing rests on performing the contract signed with you, on meeting legal obligations and on the legitimate interest of keeping the platform secure and functional. Where required, we ask for specific consent.
5. Who we share it with
We share data only with providers necessary to the operation (cloud infrastructure, payment processing and support tools), always under contract and limited to that purpose. We may also share it where there is a legal obligation or court order.
6. For how long
Data stays available in your environment while the contract is active. After it ends, there is a window for export before permanent deletion, except for records the law requires us to keep.
7. Security
- Encrypted traffic between your browser and the platform.
- Environments separated per client, with no data mixing between accounts.
- Access control per user and per connected account.
- A log of actions performed in the environment.
8. Your rights
Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability and deletion of your data, as well as withdraw consent. Requests are handled through the contact channels below.
9. Cookies
On this site we use only what's necessary for the pages to work and, where applicable, aggregate audience measurement. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to the content.
10. Connected platforms and Google user data
When you connect a Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok or RD Station account, you authorize it on the platform's own official screen (OAuth). owiew receives an access token, never your password.
- What we read: campaign, ad, spend and conversion metrics from ad platforms; sessions, key events and revenue by channel from Google Analytics; and organic search performance from Google Search Console. Only for the accounts and properties you choose.
- What for: to show this data in reports and audits to you and to the team members you grant access to. owiew does not change campaigns, budgets or settings in Google.
- How we store it: tokens are encrypted on our servers and are never sent to the browser.
- How to revoke: disconnect at any time under Accounts in the dashboard (dash.owiew.com), or in your account's security settings on the platform. When you disconnect, we delete the stored tokens and ask the platform to revoke access. Reports already collected stay in your workspace and are deleted on request through the contact below.
owiew's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google user data is not sold, is not used for advertising, is not transferred to third parties except to provide the service, to comply with the law or with your consent, is not read by humans without your permission (except for security or legal reasons) and is not used to train artificial intelligence models.
