1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the owiew platform, you declare that you have read and agreed to these terms. If you are contracting on behalf of a company, you declare that you have the authority to do so.
2. The service
owiew is a platform for reading and organizing paid media and sales process data. The platform collects information from the accounts you authorize and presents indicators such as spend, leads, opportunities, sales, revenue, CAC and ROAS.
owiew does not serve ads, does not change campaigns on the media platforms and does not replace Meta's or Google's official reports.
3. Account and access
- You are responsible for your account's access credentials and for the actions taken with them.
- Each user should have their own access; sharing credentials is discouraged.
- You may add and remove users from your environment, defining each one's access level.
4. Third-party connections
Integrations with Meta Ads, Google Ads and other services are made through each platform's official authorization flows. You grant access and can revoke it at any time, both in owiew and in the source service itself.
The operation of these integrations depends on third-party services. Policy changes, API limits or unavailability of those services may affect data collection.
5. Plans and payment
- The plans and prices in force are those published on the pricing page.
- Billing is per connected ad account, on the monthly or annual cycle chosen.
- Changing plans mid-cycle is calculated on a pro-rata basis.
- On the monthly plan, cancellation takes effect from the next cycle. On the annual plan, the contracted period runs to the end.
- Price adjustments will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform to: access third-party accounts without authorization; attempt to bypass technical or plan limits; reverse engineer the service; or enter data obtained unlawfully.
7. Data and ownership
The data you connect remains yours. owiew processes it to present the contracted indicators and does not commercialize it.
The software, the interface and the owiew brand remain the company's property. The contract grants you a licence to use the platform, not ownership of it.
8. Availability
We work to keep the service continuously available, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance, third-party failure or events outside our control. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated when foreseeable.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time through our support channels. We may suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of these terms or non-payment, always with prior notice where possible.
After termination, you have a window to export the history before the environment's data is permanently deleted.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be communicated by email or within the platform before they take effect.
11. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the district to be defined are elected to settle any disputes arising from them.
